There is a revolution occurring in millinery called Thermoplastics. In this step-by-step hat-making workshop for beginners, students will build two fascinators--one with traditional buckram and another with modern Fosshape. Learn how to cut, heat, manipulate, sew and finish using these two different materials. You will cover each fascinator with fabric then trim to make a one-of-kind design.

Prerequisites 
None

What to Bring
By the second class, students will bring fabric of their choosing & coordinated color thread. Thimble Glue gun & glue sticks Feathers & crinoline will be provided to trim but students are welcome to bring any additional trim (i.e. flowers, sequins, etc)
